Pack Your Items
Place the unworn sneakers or apparel in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the manufacturer's shoe box is protected inside a shipping carton.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
